Complete applications must include the following:

1. A completed online application form or paper application form.
   • Sound recording or live audition with the following works:
     • first movement of a standard romantic concerto
     • 1 movement of any Bach Solo Sonata, Partita or Suite
     • work or etude of transcendental difficulty
   • Your biography
   • A recommendation letter from your teacher.
     
     
2. Other than taking live audition, you can also choose to summit your audition recordings by:
   • Email us your recording in compressed MP3 files at starling@fuse.net
   • Upload your recording to Youtube and email us the link
   • mail a CD, VCD or DVD to our Cincinnati office:

3. The Great Wall International Music Academy (GWIMA) is an eco-friendly organization. Starting in 2010, we will go paperless and give you the option to complete your application by our Online Application Form. All the information you submit to us will be strictly confidential and will never be shared with another third party.

4. We will email out the acceptance notifications by March 1, 2010, please provide the email address that you use the most often. If you do not hear from us by then, please contact us.
