All activities of the Academy take place at the Beijing Oriental Sun City Guest House International Hotel.

Beijing Oriental Sun City Guest House International Hotel is a part of the U.S.based Guest House International Hotel chain. It covers an area of 50000 square meters with a 750000 square meters golf course. The hotel boasts charming scenery, convenient communication and perfect conference facilities. The hotel offers 108 guest rooms including 97 senior executive rooms, 3 deluxe suites and 8 complex rooms. All Rooms are well-equipped with central air conditioning, refrigerator, private safe, electric hair dryer, IDD line, free internet connection, satellite television and free movie channel.

Young Artist Housing:
All young artists are required to reside in assigned lodging at the Beijing Oriental Sun City Guest House International Hotel for the duration of the Academy. All young artists will be housed in comfortable hotel rooms with private bathrooms in a separate building of the Hotel dedicated to the Great Wall International Music Academy. The hotel has central air conditioning, with controls in each room.

Housing for Young Artists under age 15:
Young artists under 15 years old are accepted if a parent can stay with them. The charge for each parent is $1,200 for room and board. The parent and the underage young artists will be housed in one double hotel room.

Young Artists ages 15 - 18:
Young Artists ages 15 - 18 will be housed in supervised hotel rooms, separated by gender. The curfew for young artists under 18 is 11:00 p.m.
